- Account Credentials: When you connect a marketplace account (eBay, Shopify), we receive and store OAuth tokens (access tokens and refresh tokens) necessary to interact with the platform APIs on your behalf.
- Marketplace Account Information: Account name, seller username, shop domain, and site/region identifiers.
- Project Data: Product data you import or create, including titles, descriptions, images, SKUs, prices, and inventory quantities.
1.2 Information from Third-Party Platforms
When you connect your marketplace accounts, we access data through their APIs:
- eBay: Seller profile information, inventory items, offers, listings, orders, business policies, and inventory locations via the eBay Sell APIs.
- Shopify: Store information, products, collections, inventory levels, and orders via the Shopify Admin API.
1.3 Information from AI Processing
When you use AI-powered features (product enrichment, content generation), your product data is sent to OpenAI's API for processing. We send only the minimum data necessary (titles, descriptions, product attributes). OpenAI processes this data per their API Data Usage Policy.
1.4 Automatically Collected Information
- Server access logs (IP addresses, request timestamps, user agents)
- Application usage data necessary for functionality
2. How We Use Your Information
- Core Functionality: To parse, enrich, and publish product data to your connected marketplace accounts.
- Inventory Management: To track stock levels, manage deliveries, and synchronize inventory across platforms.
- Order Processing: To receive and process orders from connected marketplace accounts.
- AI Content Generation: To generate and improve product descriptions, titles, and attributes using AI services.
- Price Calculation: To calculate selling prices based on your configured pricing rules and cost data.
- Service Improvement: To maintain, protect, and improve the application.
3. Data Storage and Security
3.1 Storage
Your data is stored on secured servers. OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials are stored in an encrypted database. We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit.
3.2 Security Measures

- ED25519 signature verification for incoming webhooks

4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only as follows:
- Marketplace Platforms: Product data is sent to eBay and/or Shopify when you initiate an export or synchronization. This is the core purpose of the application.
- OpenAI: Product data is sent for AI processing when you use enrichment or content generation features.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
5. Data Retention
- Active Accounts: We retain your data as long as your marketplace accounts are connected and active in the application.
- Disconnected Accounts: When you disconnect a marketplace account, we deactivate it. Credentials (OAuth tokens) are deleted immediately.
- Account Deletion: When you request account deletion, or when we receive an account deletion notification from a marketplace platform (e.g., eBay Marketplace Account Deletion), we permanently and irreversibly delete all associated data, including tokens, export records, linked projects, and cached policies.
- Server Logs: Access logs are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.
6. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access: You can view all data associated with your connected marketplace accounts through the application interface.
- Deletion: You can disconnect and delete your marketplace accounts at any time through the Settings page. You can also request complete data deletion by contacting us.
- Portability: You can export your product data in CSV format through the application.
- Revocation: You can revoke the application's access to your marketplace accounts at any time, either through our application or through the marketplace platform's settings.
7. Cookies
Our application uses essential cookies and local storage for:
- Session management and authentication
- User preferences (selected platform, view settings)
We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics services.
8. Children's Privacy
Our service is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States where our servers are located. By using the application, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States.
