These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aftermarket Online application ("Service") operated by Imodeller LLC ("we", "us", "our") at aftemarket.online.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Aftermarket Online is a data pipeline and product management tool that helps sellers:

• Parse and import product data from various sources (Excel, YML, web pages)
• Enrich product information using AI-powered tools
• Manage inventory across multiple warehouses
• Export and synchronize product listings to marketplace platforms (eBay, Shopify)
• Calculate pricing based on configurable rules

2. Account and Access

• You must provide accurate information when connecting marketplace accounts.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must have the right to connect and use the marketplace accounts you link to the Service.
• You must not share access to the Service with unauthorized parties.

3. Marketplace Platform Compliance

• You are responsible for complying with the terms of service and policies of each marketplace platform (eBay, Shopify) you connect.
• The Service acts on your behalf when interacting with marketplace APIs. You authorize us to perform actions (listing creation, price updates, inventory sync) that you initiate through the Service.
• We are not responsible for any policy violations, account suspensions, or listing removals imposed by marketplace platforms.

4. AI-Generated Content

• The Service uses AI (OpenAI) to generate and enrich product content. AI-generated content is provided "as is".
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing to marketplace platforms.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or compliance of AI-generated content with marketplace policies.

5. Data and Content

• You retain ownership of all product data, images, and content you upload or create through the Service.
• You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data as necessary to provide the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or marketplace platform policies
• List counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items
• Manipulate marketplace algorithms or circumvent platform restrictions
• Collect or harvest data about other sellers or users
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

7. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
• Marketplace API changes may affect Service functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt to such changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from marketplace platform actions, API failures, or third-party service disruptions.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

• You may stop using the Service and disconnect your marketplace accounts at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited use.
• Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
